Only what we can imagine, we can create
I am Julia Salomon — trainer for positive futures, e-learning developer, climate activist and storyteller.
What drives me?
Supporting people in finding their very own way to contribute to a more sustainable world — with lasting commitment and joy.
Since the age of 18, I have been active with Greenpeace, combining hands-on activism experience with academic expertise in political science, philosophy and a Master’s in Communication for Social Change.
What I do
As a workshop facilitator and public speaker, my workshop series Future Project invites participants to train their “imagination muscles” together — for a sustainable future we can truly look forward to.
As a freelance trainer and e-learning developer, I help organisations deliver learning content that is engaging, inspiring and leaves participants with clear impulses for action.
As an author, I am passionately writing a solarpunk-inspired polyamorous climate fiction novel — because we need more exciting stories about the future we want to live in.
When I’m not at my desk, you’ll find me crocheting, painting or dancing (swing & salsa), ideally among the giant ferns of Stanley Park or with the sun on my face at Wreck Beach in my beloved Vancouver.
